By downloading or using SessionTracker (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

SessionTracker is a personal tracking application that allows you to log and analyze your gambling session results. The App does not facilitate, enable, or simulate gambling in any way.

Intended Use

This App is intended for:

• Personal record-keeping of gambling activities
• Bankroll management and tracking
• Analysis of gambling session history

This App is not intended for:

• Facilitating or encouraging gambling
• Use by individuals under 18 years of age
• Use in jurisdictions where gambling is prohibited

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age
2. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
3. You will comply with all applicable laws regarding gambling in your jurisdiction
4. You understand that gambling involves financial risk

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

SessionTracker Premium

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (“SessionTracker Premium”) that provides access to premium features including Comps & Expenses Tracking, Advanced Analytics, Premium Charts, and Export & Reports.

Subscription Terms

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Pricing: Your account will be charged for renewal at the same price within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Cancellation: No refunds are provided for the unused portion of any subscription term. After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change; however, any price changes will not affect active subscriptions until their next renewal.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SessionTracker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
